Emergency Attendance Export
The ‘Daily Summary/Emergency’ exports show a list of students and their attendance status for every period on a given day. This export assists you with ensuring that all present students are accounted for in emergency situations. Web Browser To generate this export via web browser, please follow these steps.
1. Under the grid icon, navigate to the Attendance module
2. On the Attendance Dashboard, scroll down to the ‘Reports and exports’ section
3. Under ‘Daily Summary / Emergency’, select the relevant grouped export you would like to generate
4. Select the relevant report date and click ‘Get Report’. This will generate a file containing this specific data.
Compass App
To generate the Daily Summary/Emergency export via the Compass App, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Compass App on your device and login
2. Open ‘More’ by clicking the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner
3. Select ‘Daily Summary’ from the list. This will generate the Daily Summary/Emergency export, grouped by Form Group.
